Saya mampir ke Hakata Ikkousha, resto ramen Jepang ini hasil word of mouth dari teman yang pernah makan di sini.

Suasana resto di Muara Karang Pluit, Jakarta Utara ini riuh, padat pengunjung. Suara ramai banyak sekali pelayan mungkin menunjukkan restoran yang penuh, suasana asli tipikal rumah makan ramen di Jepang. Jadi sebaiknya fokus saja pada makanan.

Dalam hal menu, Ikkousha nampaknya lebih fokus menonjolkan ramen khasnya yaitu Special Chicken Ramen dan
Special Pork Ramen. Saat dicicipi, sadarlah kita ini contoh nyata citarasa sejati ramen asli Jepang. Kuah ramennya padat, gurih dengan rasa yang tak terlupakan. Ah, andai rasa bisa didigitalisasi.

Okay, so this is only to differ the terms and introducing a new term: OFF-ROAD vs ROAD-OFF.

OFF-ROAD: Out of the city roads, in the countryside or even trekking on the jungle by the appropriate car.

ROAD-OFF: Road in the city that is too damaged trekking on it resembles an off-road ride. Potholes, cracks, flood, debris and such are the road-off elements.

I don't know about your city, but road-offs are so common in Jakarta that every driver is trained every day to be an off-roader. Just laugh it off, and if not, just think about it.
